- When in Venice I love to wear red, white & blue, striped anything; denim and collared shirts
- Sneakers and flat sandals for exploring the cobblestone streets
- Straw hats and big sunglasses to stay cool and shaded
- Floaty feminine dress for warm evening night strolls
- Boater hat to keep cool during summer days
WHAT TO DO:
- Hire a water taxi and cruise around the canals with a beverage!
- Check out local food and flower markets – the earlier the better
- Make a wish on the Rialto Bridge
- Visit St Mark’s Basilica during day or night
- Go Venetian mask shopping and join festivities if there in February
